1. ITE NITEC or GCE N Level education. Diploma Holders are welcome

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Sales Support team by processing customers order for products such as generating cash invoices and credit invoices using company accounting system, updating delivery schedule, compile Sales Order for the Day.

2. Project a professional image in handling phone calls from customers regarding their order requests, enquiries/concerns/feedback and contact customers for order quantities.

3. Co-ordinate with Logistics Team for delivery of goods. Perform After-Sales admin work such as handle documents and count cash submitted by drivers.

4. Assist in verifying Van Sales Quantity against Stock Taken out by Drivers. Assist in Stock-Take when required and update Inventory Movement Records for assigned products.

5. Monitor payments from customer and assist in generating monthly Statements of Account to debtors.

6. Assist Admin Manager in general admin work such as data entry work, filing of tax invoices, delivery orders and documents.



Benefits & Other Information

Basic Salary - $2,200 to $2,800 per month depending on experience.

6 Months Probations

AWS /13th month Salary

5.5 Working days per week (with Alternate Sat Off)

Rest on Sunday and Public Holiday

Working Hours - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Fri), 8 am to 12 noon ( Alternate Sat)
