Preparation of Food according to Bistro's Menu All Day Breakfast, Starters, Western Mains, Pasta, Burger, etc.
Oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets to minimize waste.
Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff and apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques.
Other Café-related ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Developing and proposing weekly or monthly promotions and new dish ideas to align with seasonal ingredients or customer preferences.
Calculating the cost of new dishes, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality.
