How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Location: Macpherson

Duration: Immediate - 1 yr, renewable

Working hours:

Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Sat/Sun 8.30am - 1.30pm/Sat 12pm - 6pm (Usually WFH if rostered)

Pay: Up to $2.3k/mth + 1 mth completion bonus

Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Issue Resolution
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or phone call
Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions
Resolve product or service issues by troubleshooting and offering effective resolutions
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

Requirements:

Entry level with 1-2 years' experience with live chat and ticketing portals
Able to commit 5.5 days per week
