  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: 5 Days a week Rostered shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night)

Salary: $1,650 - $2,600 / Month

Duties:

Answering incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hospital policy
To deliver personalized and high-standard professional service to customers on related enquiries
Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders
Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System
Handling and resolving complaints
Performing other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

Minimum Nitec / Diploma
Prior experience in call center / telemarketing / customer service will be highly advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Must be open to OT and working on public holidays / weekends
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
