Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

AN Digital Lock is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to create compelling presentations to win and retain clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s client base. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential clients to develop effective sales strategies. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify upselling opportunities.

  3. Presentation & Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients. Customize sales pitches to align with client requirements and company offerings.

  4. Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.

  5. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and partner to align sales strategies with company goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Education & Experience: Minimally 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Experience in renovation trade is a plus.

  2. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  3. Personal Attributes: Highly organized with strong time management skills. Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
