The Role
We are seeking an experienced Total Reward Director to lead the dynamic team to drive our strategies and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. This team is responsible for all aspects of performance management, compensation and benefits programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy: Lead and manage compensation strategies taking into account organizational objectives, market trends, and industry standards. This will also include managing the annual performance management, salary and bonus review exercise.
  • Long Term Incentives: Review the long-term incentive program and oversees the shares award administration and reporting.
  • Executive Compensation: Work with the Board and management to recommend executive remuneration packages.
  • Incentive Programs: Collaborate with HR business partners to design and implement appropriate incentive schemes to support the needs of the different business units.
  • Benefit Strategy: Drive the benefit provision review and recommend innovative programs which will differentiate us as a leading company.
  • Performance Management: spearhead performance management initiatives to drive company-wide excellence and employee development, in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Policy Development: Develop, communicate, document and maintain all compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Using data analytics and reporting tools, analyze compensation and benefit trends, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation practice, benefits design, performance management and regulatory compliance.
  • Possess a keen ability to balance the needs of the organization with those of the employees, ensuring competitive compensation packages and comprehensive benefits offerings that attract and retain top talent.
  • At least 10 years of experience handling total rewards in a large business organization with multiple business streams.
  • Experienced in executive compensation and remuneration disclosures.
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently and prepared to be hands-on when needed.
  • Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs.
  • Functions well in ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
