Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and original content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • Creation of IG/Facebook/TikTok/XHS contents according to campaign and brand needs and ensure that all assets are delivered timely.
  • Craft and design a comprehensive content calendar to plan and schedule content across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Responsible for the development of marketing briefs, creative monthly calendar, creative development/review and content publishing.
  • Develop and execute new social media enhancement or strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness and expansion.
  • Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our CRM programs are customized according to each audience segment.
  • Stay up-to-date with content trends and SEO best practices to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
  • Write clear, concise, and creative copy for social media posts, captions, ads, blog articles, emails, website content, and other marketing materials.
