Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Engineer (End user computing) working for a system integrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems for diverse clients. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

1. Client Support and Collaboration:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
  • Incident tracking, resolution and escalation in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support client IT staff.

2. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for improving existing systems and processes.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance client IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma with Professional Certifications in IT-related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Relevant Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a system integrator environment.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools
