- Support organizational change initiatives, including expansion projects, operational shifts, and digital transformation.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to build a diverse, future-ready workforce.
- Use HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and continuously improve HR programs.
- Lead and coordinate key HR programs across DICo, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Manage talent management cycles, including performance calibration, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Lead remuneration and budgeting exercises, providing market insights and ensuring competitive compensation frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR CoEs to execute annual performance management processes, aligning business performance outcomes with individual contributions.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, and experience managing a fast-growing business is preferred.
- Expertise in the IT & ICT industry is a plus.
- An advanced degree in business or a related field, with professional certification from IHRP, SHRM, or other relevant associations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with organizational design and other HR-related expertise.
- Confidence and effectiveness in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
- Project management experience to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
