You will also have the opportunity to propose innovation campaigns to gather interest, consolidate and drive innovative ideas across functions. This 6-month internship commences in June/July 2025.What you will be doing:Project Management
  • Work with project stakeholders to ensure timeliness of project updates and validation of any changes used for upstream reporting.
  • Initiate and adopt digitalization opportunities through designing, developing, and implementing applications and workflow platforms for automation.
Continuous Improvement
  • Work with internal IT and customer on changes, improvement, clarification of existing and new parameters
  • Initiate and adopt digitalization opportunities through designing, developing, and implementing applications and workflow platforms for automation.
Re-Engineering / Optimization
  • Assist in monitoring Key performance Indicators or KPIs, scorecard reporting related to the assigned Operations.
  • Customize the objective of each parameter, definition, target, calculation, frequency, source, retrieval method.
  • Highlight issues of failing Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and trigger correction action with relevant function.
The successful candidate:Essential
  • Undergraduate or Graduate Degree student in Supply Chain Management / Industrial & System Engineering / Business Intelligence / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or related fields
  • Strong and proficient in Tableau
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)
  • Basic programming skills (e.g. VBA Macros, R, Python)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and highly adaptable
  • Fluent oral, written English
Desirable
  • Business Analytics qualification will have added advantage
  • Team player with positive attitude, high desire for learning
