Job Opportunity: Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator (Contract - 5 Months)
Job Description & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator for a 5-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where youll manage end-to-end supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and print delivery orders, invoices, transfer notes, and credit notes in a timely manner
- Generate sales reports for sales personnel
- Liaise with customers and delivery contractors to schedule delivery dates and times
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Customers to ensure smooth order processing
- Manage all administrative tasks related to order fulfillment
- Prepare stock lists and ensure accurate inventory management
- Verify and prepare monthly billing for delivery contractors
- Assist with stock-taking activities and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Responsible for comprehensive supply chain coordination, including procurement, logistics, and freight forwarding arrangements
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or supply chain coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, independent, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma holder or higher
