Service Mechanic
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of cranes and heavy vehicles (e.g., prime movers, lorry cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Replace worn-out or damaged components, such as hydraulic pumps, engines, and cables.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Identify operational issues and causes of breakdowns.
- Use diagnostic tools and manuals to pinpoint malfunctions.
- Conduct on-site emergency repairs when required.
- Compliance & Safety
-Ensure all repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and industry safety regulations.
-Conduct safety checks and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
- Fieldwork & Site Support
- Travel to job sites for maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Work closely with crane operators and site managers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in crane and heavy vehicle maintenance & repair.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems in cranes and heavy vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic tools and software.
- Willingness to travel for on-site repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with crane operators and supervisors.
- A valid driver’s license (preferred for on-site repairs).

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
