JOB PURPOSE:
To assist SHE Manager on overall Environmental issue for site project and Monitor group of HSE personnel and ensuring all HSE related activity and compliance are met as an organization & project requirement.

JOB SUMMARY/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible of all Singapore sites related Environment performance and close in time.
2. To generate all relevant KPI on site HSE and publish to SHE Manager on the progress and improve where is required.
3. Responsible creating standard operating procedure for site project.
4. Responsible for liaison with different authorities related to project site.
5. Responsible for promotional activities to improve safety culture in the organization.
6. Assist SHE Manager in ensuring all site SHE deliverable submitted to client in time.
7. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic qualifications & professional certificates
Essential

  • Degree in environmental science, engineering / ECO certification or equivalent
  • Environmental Control Officer (ECO) registered with the National Environment Agency (NEA)

Preferred: Degree in environmental science (preferred)

Experience
Essential : More than 3 years
Preferred : 6 to 10 years

Knowledge & skills required
General : Had worked in HSE function in terms of auditing, conduct training and analyse HSE related to issue
Technical : Environmental Management for Construction site

  • Must be a strong self-starter and have a proactive “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work through constraints and ambiguities and deliver high-quality results

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
