This 6-month full time internship will commence in July 2025.What you will be doingSpace utilization analysis
  • Provide / support performance analysis of CEVA utilisation versus carrier's allocation
  • Provide analysis and suggestions on trade lanes that would benefit from changes in space allocations (reduce current allocation / add new allocations)
  • Participate in space management meetings (refer to "Participate in CFM meetings" below)
Blank sailing updates / port omissions
  • Update blank sailing and/or port omission on Sharepoint for Trade Lane Managers (TLM) / Procurement team to utilise
Participate in Cargo Flow Management (CFM) meetings
  • Provide analysis on carriers' performances in terms of equipment releases / space release together with the CFM leader and colleagues
Pandora project
  • Assist TLM with validating SOPs for the Rate Grids provided by carriers
Maintain and update reports
  • Gather and update Trade Performance Report for distribution
  • Maintain and update tender results
Create and maintain carriers’ profile
  • Update and create a summary of the profiles of each carrier (e.g. transit times of certain trade lanes, collate solutions offers by each carrier)
The Successful CandidateEssential
  • Currently an undergraduate studying Business Management, Data Analytics or related fields
  • Enjoys working with numbers
  • Good working knowledge of Tableau and excel
Desirable
  • Organized, meticulous and analytical
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Keen to learn, fast learner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English
