Responsibilities:

Call Centre

Answer and handle incoming calls professionally, transferring calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
Provide accurate information on hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
Take messages for guests and ensure timely delivery.
Manage wake-up calls accurately.
Address guest concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Ensure adherence to hotel service standards and guidelines.

Front Desk

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Program room keys, maintain accurate guest records and perform cashier duties.
Update guest profiles with preferences, special requests, and service history.
Enroll guests in the hotel’s rewards program and explain benefits.
Uphold hotel service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum NITEC in Hospitality Operations or relevant.
Prior experience in hospitality or call center roles preferred.
No experience welcome to apply, training will be provided!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Other Information:

Working hours: 5 days work week, rotating shift including overnight
Location: Central region
Entitled to AWS, Performance Bonus, Yearly salary review and increment
