  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Assist patrons with membership registration, borrowing services, e-resources, and mobile app support.
Handle lost & found items, minor book repairs, and incident management.
Troubleshoot issues related to the Seat Booking System and Book Bug cards.
Conduct volunteer briefings, monitor their activities, and address feedback.
Manage backend logistics, vendor coordination, and key movements.
Handle calls, visitor logs, deliveries, and public announcements.
Monitor library systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Perform housekeeping checks and report maintenance needs

Requirements:

Customer service or operations experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with technology and library systems.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
