Stock Management & Replenishment: Receive/unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality, Conduct weekly inventory counts/reconcile discrepancies, Maintain proper stock organisation, Ensure stock rotation using the First-In-First-Out method, Monitor expiry dates/shelf life to minimise waste, Coordinate stock replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Receiving & Quality Inspections: Perform receiving, verification, and quality inspections of incoming shipments, Ensure accuracy in received stock/report discrepancies, Verify product quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects/damage, Ensure correct items/quantities are picked and packed, Report quality issues to the supervisor.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised and safe environment, Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, report any malfunctions, Follow safety protocols/guidelines.
