How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays); with 1-hour lunch break

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract



Job Scope:

• Liaison with customers to obtain details for their personalised books

• Customer relationship management via email (replying to miscellaneous customer requests and needs)

• Consolidation of relevant customer information for design work

• Communication with designer to procure the necessary information for book customisation

• Vetting of completed books

• Sending books for printing and shipping

• Running customer survey upon receipt of the book

• Customer communication at each step of the journey (sending book for personalisation, sending book for printing, book received)

• Updating tracker sheet for team visibility on fulfilment order status

• Other ad hoc duties assigned



Requirement:

- Prior admin / order processing experience is required
