Working hours : Based on 5 days’ work week, 9.5 hours per day (including 1hr break) (Rotating shift and will have to work on Weekend)

About the Role:

Join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Serviced Residence! You will handle daily guest service operations, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that makes residents feel at home. You will report to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures

Provide front desk support and issue apartment access key cards

Address residents’ queries and anticipate their needs

Offer recommendations on nearby amenities and attractions, and assist with travel, tour, and dining reservations

Manage residents’ accounts, update information, and track apartment availability in the system

Handle simple bookkeeping tasks and confirm reservations
Respond to inquiries via walk-ins, emails, and calls

Record and escalate resident feedback and complaints

Relay messages to residents promptly

Safeguard cash, valuables, and belongings

Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality

ITE or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent (Entry-level candidates welcome)

Service-oriented with a passion for guest experience

Willingness to learn and handle administrative tasks

Flexible to work shifts
