Duties:
- Assess and inspect returned items for damage, defects, and adherence to return policies.
- Maintain accurate records of returned items and ensure proper documentation for every return process.
- Help manage the returned products and ensure they are processed efficiently (restocking, return to vendors, or disposal).
- Ensure returned products meet the quality standards before they are processed for refund or restocking.
- Collaborate with the customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless return processing.
- Assist in resolving return-related issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction with timely refunds or replacements.
- Compile reports on return trends and product quality issues to improve warehouse processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec / Highter Nitec or Diploma
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, quality control, or a related field is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work a rotating weekly schedule with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
