Job Scope:
Prepare beverages following standardized recipes while accommodating customer preferences.
Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure consistent quality in every beverage served.
Follow prescribed recipes and preparation methods to craft drinks accurately.
Process customer orders efficiently, handling both cash and electronic payments with accuracy.
Adhere to operational policies and procedures at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tea barista area, ensuring brewing equipment, utensils, and workstations meet Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocols.
Monitor tea inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies, manage stock deliveries, and communicate inventory needs to management to ensure sufficient stock availability.
Requirement:
Seeking enthusiastic, responsible, self-driven, and proactive individuals.
Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to ensuring seamless operations.
