  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Joo Chiat
Duration: 1 yr, renewable/convertible
Working hours: Mon – Fri 10am - 7pm / 9am - 6pm
Pay: Up to $2.2k/mth
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support
- Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget variance analysis
- Support data collection and analysis to provide insights into financial performance
- Assist in cost analysis and financial modeling for decision-making
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payments
- Help maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Finance Operations & Compliance
- Process and track employee expense claims and company payments
- Support financial audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Assist in improving finance processes and workflows for efficiency
Requirements:
- Entry level, preferably with qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Preferred experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with finance software is a plus
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
