  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Order processing creation & fulfilment via our Sage system for retail trade customers (eg pharmacies , supermarkets etc ) and online customers’ E-platforms (eg Shopee, Lazada etc ).
2. Generate document on POS materials, testers, goods exchange, goods returns etc
3. Update, maintain inventory movement and delivery fulfilment in customers’ E-portal.
4. Work closely with internal stakeholders like warehouse, sales & marketing on sales & delivery.
5. Work with suppliers on incoming shipment, stock transfer and issue supporting document.
6. Support the team with day to day operations for stock, fulfilment and business matters.
7. Prepare reports using Excel and Pivot table
Qualification and Experience
· GCE”A” Level or Certificate in Supply Chain/any Business Application
· Traditional Typing skill and Basic Accounting Knowledge is preferable
. 1-2 Year(s) of working experience
· Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Attention to detail and able to multi-task.
· Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
