  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out indoor and outdoor service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).

  • Issue customer outdoor and indoor service reports.

  • Assemble & disassemble of units.

  • Provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers.

  • Investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.

  • Ensure workshop area and equipment are clean at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

  • ITE certification in Mechanical Engineering or 1 year's relevant work experience.

  • Mechanical repair skills or motor/inverter unit assembly experience will be advantageous.

  • Basic English language competency (speak, read, write).

  • Willing to perform outdoor service & repair (adhoc at client's site). Travel reimbursements are provided.

  • Willing to engage in work-at-height on platforms.

  • Open to occasional overseas work on adhoc activation basis.

  • Willing to work OT on short notice due to adhoc service activation by clients.
