Job Description

The warehouse operations executive will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse which include the following:

  1. Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.

  2. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to meet sales.

  3. Oversee the order fulfilment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

  4. Supervise junior warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory.

  5. Ensure adherence to statutory safety regulations and company policies.

  6. Communicate with sales and delivery team members to schedule deliveries and pickups.

  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  8. Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and logistics strategies to enhance work efficiency.

  9. Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations

Job Requirement

1. At least N or O level or equivalent certification

2. 1-2 years working experiences in warehousing or logistics

3. Good communication skills and a team player
