Job Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Investment:

• Research new property development business ideas, conduct feasibility studies, and develop business plans.

• Prepare and present feasibility reports to shareholders/management.

• Develop key strategic programs and new revenue streams to increase long-term revenue.

• Study market needs and trends, propose expansion plans, and conduct product development research.

• Conduct Research and product development proposal

• Identify and engage potential investors, developing and presenting compelling investment proposals.

• Negotiate and close investment deals.

• Strategic Partnerships:

• Develop strategic partnerships in the real estate market, including due diligence providers, developers, real estate agent companies, and media. And ideate monthly and yearly initiatives to achieve key business objectives;

• Manage communication and negotiations with Chinese partners/suppliers.

• Marketing & Market Analysis:

• Develop marketing plans for new and current businesses, by proposing strategies, tactics, and action plan as well as marketing budget plans.

• Develop and manage all marketing communication tools (websites, newsletters, social media, brochures).

• Ensure marketing effectiveness through analysis by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; and implementation of plans.

• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by managing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data;

• Provide regular reports to Managing Director on marketing and business development activities.

• Financial Management:

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets, managing expenditures, and analyzing variances.

• Other tasks assigned by top management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Management with at least three to five years’ experience in in property development;

• Experience 5-6 years in Cambodia preferred;

• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role;

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English + Chinese and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;

• Honesty, reliability, commitment to strict confidentiality pay close attention to detail;

• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
