Marketing Communications & Events Executive $3.2K - $3.8K, Variable Bonus, Near Bedok MRT (Cybersecurity / IT Industry)

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with internal marketing team and/or stakeholders to achieve company objectives set by Head of Marketing

· In-charge of executing marketing campaigns, increase digital sales, lead generation and branding

· Plan and organize events and exhibitions from conception to completion

· Manage logistics, coordinate remote support, and oversee on-site activities to ensure smooth execution during events

· Build strong working relationships with vendors, venues and stakeholders

· Identify business opportunities for new clients, acquire new users and showcase brand products

· Optimize event planning to align budgets with marketing goals

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Product Manager) and external partners

· Prepare post-event reports of marketing campaigns

· Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns and social media content across the Group’s platforms

· Support social performance tracking, including social listening and market research, to stay informed of trends

· Manage monthly social media and marketing calendar, including content scheduling, promotional timelines and event coordination

· Explore new platforms to attract audience and enhance brand visibility

· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and suggest improvements

· Assist in updating website content to ensure consistency across the Group’s platforms

Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing / related fields

· Excellent Project Management and Organizational skills

· Proficiency in WordPress and Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc)

· Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative ideas and solutions

· Strong presentation skills and copywriting ability
