The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key hospitality accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services. Events

Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of a variety of events designed to promote Mr Bucket, engage customers, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Primary Key Responsibilities - Hospitality:

Account Management:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement customized sales strategies for each hospitality client to maximize revenue and product placement.

• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to hospitality partners.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive landscape within the hospitality sector.

• Utilize data analytics to assess account performance and develop insights for growth opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

• Foster relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and other decision-makers in hospitality accounts.

• Conduct product tastings, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients and their staff about the brand and product offerings.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and analyze account performance against targets.

• Develop detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions for management review.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional efforts and brand messaging.

Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and maintain accurate records.

Networking:

• Attend industry trade shows, culinary events, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the brand.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.

Secondary Key Responsibilities - Events:

Event Strategy Development:

• Develop a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.

• Create a calendar of annual events, including product launches, trade shows, corporate functions, and promotional activities.

Team Leadership:

• Manage Event Coordinator and part timers, providing guidance and support throughout the event lifecycle.

• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and coordination among all team members.

Post-Event Evaluation:

• Conduct post-event assessments to evaluate the success of each event, gathering feedback from attendees and team members.

• Prepare and present reports analyzing key metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for future events.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Monitor expenses and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 4 – 5 years of Consumer Sales Experience preferably working in F n B environment

• Presentation and communication skills

• Good inter-personal skills

• Class 3 Driving License would be good but not compulsory

• Any other duties assigned by the Management
