We are working with a telecommunications client who, as part of their continued growth and expansion, are seeking a dynamic and skilled Pre-sales Manager to join their team and drive success in delivering tailored solutions to their clients.
Role Overview:
As a Pre-sales Manager, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to identify, develop, and implement customized telecommunications solutions for prospective clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your technical expertise and market knowledge to support the sales process from initial engagement through to proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pre-sales process for telecommunications solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs.

• Conduct detailed technical and business solution assessments for new and existing clients.

• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to support sales opportunities.

• Support the sales team in the development of RFPs, RFQs, and technical documentation.

• Provide in-depth product and solution demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition.

• Drive the technical qualification process, ensuring the client’s requirements are met with appropriate solutions.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide strategic insights.
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the telecommunications industry.

• Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and solutions (e.g., networks, VoIP, cloud, managed services).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

• Client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Certification in telecommunications, IT, or related fields is a plus.
