Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the healthcare industry (doctors, clinics, hospitals, medical startups).

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct market research to understand healthcare professionals’ digital marketing needs.

Sales & Consultation

• Present and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media, website development, content marketing) to potential medical clients.

• Understand clients’ pain points and offer customized digital marketing solutions to drive patient engagement and brand growth.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Relationship Management & Client Retention

• Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.

• Provide after-sales support and maintain regular follow-ups to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Sales Performance & Reporting

• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

• Track sales activities, maintain records in CRM software, and provide reports on sales performance.

• Stay updated on trends in healthcare marketing and digital advertising to enhance sales strategies.

Key Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in digital marketing or healthcare-related services.

Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, website optimization) is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Network: Prior experience dealing with healthcare professionals is an advantage.
