Key Responsibilities
Accompany the Sales Manager on client visits to understand their needs and requirements, helping to foster strong business relationships
Participate in regular client meetings to discuss their issues, proposals, and updates, ensuring that all client concerns and inquiries are promptly addressed.
Respond to sales inquiries and follow up on sales leads to push forward the sales process.
Monitor and track client payments and transactions to ensure timely processing and address any issues that arise.
Keep clients informed about the status of their deliveries, ensuring transparency and maintaining client satisfaction.
Oversee the actual shipment processes to guarantee that logistical operations align with client expectations and company standards
