Key Responsibilities
Administer the sales process including customer service, product demos, present proposals and closing of sales and follow up for a specific brand.
Assist in technical product research and involved in the review process with the design team.
In-charge of day-to-day operations and activities which includes administering everything related to said brand e.g. sales, procurement, aftersales and arranging for delivery.
Conducting market research, analysing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and future development.
Overseeing sales forecasting, planning and executing promotional events and overseeing social media marketing.
Liaise with other staff involved in the sales of the product ‘USM’ across related channels.
Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Diploma in Business or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Product knowledge and the ability to present technical information in a clear and cohesive manner.
Prior experience in B2C sales and Interior Design is preferred.
