  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:


Manage daily operations ie take orders, prepare and serve beverages to members, customers.
Attending to walk-in customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
Maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of work areas / within the counter.
Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques; adhere to operating procedures on all beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent products standards.
Ensure sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock deliveries upon arrival.
Attend to members’ and customers’ queries and feedback to provide positive members’ and customers’ experiences.
Adhere to the operating procedures on all beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
Provide feedback / comments / constructive input to improve processes / practices.
Any other duties as assigned.


Requirements:


Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
At least 1-year relevant working experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
Clean and hygienic in food handling.
Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
Training will be provided.
Preferably with experience working in bubble tea store.
Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
