Job Responsibilities

  • Manages development and execution of logistic plans in coordination with DPM, to assure successful delivery of projects.
  • Interacts frequently with DPM Project Management to understand project risks. Responsible for communicating risks to Operations. Coordinates planning sessions to mitigate risks, maintaining project budgets, schedule, and scope.
  • Analyzes dependencies and conflicts across the portfolio of IR1 capital projects and raises concerns to key stakeholders and project team in. Coordinates plans to resolve conflicts and issues.
  • Collates and manages Operations budget associated with the IR1 capital projects.
  • Coordinates the development and delivery of guest and team member communications plans across the operational teams and DPM.
  • Serves as a primary escalation point for Operations in communicating guest related issues to DPM, associated with the DPM executed projects. Coordinates resolution planning and execution between Operations and DPM.
  • Coordinates pre-opening and grand opening events with Destination Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, and stakeholder departments, including DPM.
  • Coordinates hand-over activities between DPM and Operations stakeholders
Job Requirements Education & Certification • Degree in Hotel Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred Experience • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality, project management, or real estate development industries, construction management, financial services or analytics fields preferred. Other Prerequisites • Self-confident with the ability to work with and present to all levels of the organization. • Exceptional critical thinking, sound judgement and strong business acumen. • Keen attention to detail, high degree of initiative and resourcefulness. • Analytical, meticulous, with strong problem solving and creative solution skills. • Strong interpersonal and organization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Excellent communicator and a team player.
