Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement refurbishment and A&A work of the Resort.
- Project manage and provide technical support to Business units on their proposed facilities upgrades/enhancement.
- To liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with authority’s requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare estimates of budget for approvals and ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage quality delivery and completion of projects while minimize operational disruption/loss of income during the execution.
- Preparation of periodic reports and presentations on projects.
- Continuous learning for quality of team’s performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in general building and interior renovation works with formal qualifications in Building-related discipline or Interior Design required.
- Hospitality renovation background is preferred.
- Experience in live-environment brownfield sites preferred.
- Good understanding of building services and knowledge of market rates and practices.
- Knowledge of M&E system would be an advantage.
- Possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills with integrity and professional conduct.
