The Role
We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits practitioner to join the dynamic team in driving our compensation and benefits strategies forward. This team is responsible for all aspects of performance management, compensation and benefits programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Management: Manage compensation programmes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, market trends, and industry standards. This will also include managing the annual performance management, salary and bonus review exercise.
  • Long Term Incentives: Oversee the long-term incentive program and shares award administration and reporting.
  • Executive Compensation: Work with the Board and management to review and recommend executive remuneration packages.
  • Incentive Programs: Collaborate with HR business partners to design and implement appropriate incentive schemes to support the needs of the different business units.
  • Policy Development: Develop, communicate, document and maintain all compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Manage total reward policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compensation Projects: Engage in performance management and compensation projects as opportunities arise, including supporting key processes such as annual compensation review;
    conduct data analysis on trends to offer recommendations for market competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experienced in managing performance management, compensation and benefits matters.
  • A strong understanding of the various Employment related Acts and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with SuccessFactor Performance Management and Compensation modules would be advantageous.
  • Possess a keen ability to balance the needs of the organization with those of the employees, ensuring competitive compensation packages and comprehensive benefits offerings that attract and retain top talent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a large business organization with complex / multiple diverse business streams.
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently and takes initiative.
  • Functions well in ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  • Certification in IHRP is a plus.
