We are looking for a meticulous and hardworking Private Secretary to assist with administrative work. If you take initiative, have an eye for detail, and have interpersonal skills, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Management:
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and manage travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and vendors to schedule meetings timely.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle general administrative duties, including email management, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Run errands and handle personal tasks if necessary.
  • Other AD-HOC duties as assigned.
  • Communication:
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Eye for detail and able to multitask.
  • Min. Diploma Holder or Equivalent
