Management Associate (Client Management)
Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
Engage and build strong relationships with intermediaries and/or clients.
Support the negotiatations for profitable renewal retention of defined experience-rated and/or portfolio-rated book of business assigned.
Provide consistent and quality support to intermediaries and/or clients by answering queries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve service issues promptly.
Support employee communication meetings (English) as required by intermediaries and clients.
Organizing and planning process trainings for key brokers as needed.
Other duties, responsibilities or projects that may be assigned.

Liaise with internal departments, e.g. underwriting, claims teams, marketing, in line with established procedures to ensure optimum service to client.

Develop proactive strategy to anticipate client needs and objectives ahead of policy renewals.
Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related field
Sales support or direct sales experience in a similar industry will be advantageous

Microsoft applications skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
