Position: Operations & Administration Executive/Manager (Adult Education & Training)

Stag Match Institute , a leading provider of adult courses and certifications, is seeking a dynamic and organized Operations & Administration Executive/Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our training programs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the adult education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of training programs.
  • Schedule courses, coordinate trainers, and manage assignments.
  • Plan and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan and organize regular business reviews.
  • Provide after-course and during-course support to trainees.
  • Able to travel to branches as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Administration:
  • Maintain familiarity with SSG and PEI (CPE) procedures.
  • Manage CPE submissions and changes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
  • Assist in the commercialization of products and solutions.
  • Trainer & Trainee Support:
  • Provide training to new trainers.
  • Offer excellent customer service, support, and guidance to trainee inquiries.
  • Provide simple IT support to trainees and stakeholders.
  • Financial & Reporting:
  • Follow up on claims and fee collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and updates for senior management.
  • Simple Book-Keeping.
  • Project & Initiative Support:
  • Provide support in project research work.
  • Assist in the planning and organizing of ecosystem, internal engagements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide support in the marketing and promotions of the Business Innovation Centre.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive, creative, and possess excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong leadership skills and initiative.
  • Prior operations and office administration experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • "Never say die" attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with SSG and PEI (CPE) procedure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
