Accounting & Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
Responsibilities
· Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable, Giro Applications and Staffs’ Claims.
· Ensure proper filing of invoices and documents.
· Generation, Collation and Documentation of Reports.
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of all GST returns and GTO returns.
· Manage all work pass applications and all relevant insurances.
· Assist in overall running of the school operations.
· Perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the school and provide customer services to walk-in and call-in customers.
· Prepare accessories/instrument under order requests from branches.
· Inventory tabulation and management.
· Perform other ad-hoc assignment duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Possess at least a Diploma qualification.
· Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance preferred.
· At least 1-2 years of work experience in basic accounting.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Able to work on permanent part-time basis.
· 4-day work week; Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
