Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection (using coordinate measuring machine/gauges) of aero engine hardware against quality requirements in accordance with respective approved manuals and repair documents.
- Establish correct serviceability of inspected aero hardware through disposition or entry of parts defect condition and repair call-out.
- Perform TPM management of inspection tool/gauge/equipment calibration.
- Perform 5S and housekeeping duties
- Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
- Support Engineers and Planners for parts review and product repair capabilities.
- Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE:
- At least a NTC certificate or higher
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Proven experience in Aircraft engine inspection
- Able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine manuals work specifications and/or publications
- Familiar with MS Office applications including MS Teams
- Committed and willing to work long hours
- Able to work on night shift
