Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex engineering projects.
Support the Technical Department in improvement initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical activities.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Maintain accurate records of technical activities, including equipment machine in & out documents, service contracts, and spare parts requisition.
Update and maintain customer databases and SAP systems with relevant information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Assist in analyzing spare parts purchase forecast and machine breakdown call trends.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to technical inquiries or customer support.
Requirement
Proven experience as a Technical Supervisor, or similar role.
Technical experience in coffee machine is an advantage
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Prior experience with using SAP is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift License is an advantage
Driving License is a must.
