Job Title: Sales Executive - Architectural Building Materials

Description

At Framework, we support sub-contractors, main-contractors, and builders with high-quality building materials and expert support.

As a key a member of the sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, guiding them through a comprehensive customer journey.

  1. Prospecting: Finding prospective buyers, including contractors, architects, and owners.

  2. Needs Analysis: Learning about their unique requirements and the specifics of each project.

  3. Recommendation: Matching clients with the ideal products for their project demands.

  4. Sales Completion: Skilfully close deals and manage payment collections.

  5. After-Sales Support: Offer technical advice to ensure smooth completion of their projects.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed your sales quota.

  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our product line, understanding their applications, strengths, limitations, and what alternatives our competitors offer.

  • Customer Service: Provide attentive and prompt service in our showroom, or at the customers' place.

  • Account Management: Ensure timely collection from current accounts and minimise overdue debts.

  • Order Fulfilment: Work closely with our logistics team to ensure customer orders are delivered without delay.

  • Reporting: Keep detailed records of your sales activities, leads and potential opportunities. Report on key deals and market movements to management.

Requirements

  • Communication & Interpersonal skills: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Persuasively communicate our value proposition.

  • Problem solving & Negotiation: Balance customer needs with business objectives. Effectively handle queries and resolve issues.

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales of architectural building materials or related products.

  • Availability: Able to work 5.5 days per week, including half-day Saturdays from 8.30am - 12.30pm.
