Roles & Responsibilities

Seeking an Operation Executive position to manage and optimize transportation operations, coordinate driver schedules, track shipments, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Strong organizational and communication skills required Discover CGS, your partner for complete door-to-door project cargo transport and international freight forwarding. Responsibilities

  • He/She is directly responsible to the Head of Department for the day-to-day Operation efficiency. He/She is to ensure that all shipment is processed through PSA Portnet and Jurong Port online promptly.

  • He/She is to liaise with all customers pertaining to their (client’s) shipment and local delivery. When the job is given, he/she is to ensure that all-relevant information/documents are available for processing.

The Information/documents Are

i) Import permit /BL/PL

ii) Export Booking Reference

iii) Storing/Release Order/Shipping Order/POD/ASN/UCI 05 He/She is to obtain from Shipping Agents, the Port Of Singapore Authority or any Customers for details pertaining to every shipment.

He/She is to ensure that all Import/Export Shipment & domestic transport are monitored closely without incurring any extra costs.

i.e. PSA or Port store-rent.

Direct Surcharge fee

Container Demurrage/Detention Charge.

Hardcopy Acknowledgement from Client pertaining to any extra cost connected to any particular shipment.

He/She is to highlight to the HOD any problems encountered in the course of his/her duties. He/She is to ensure all POD is return on time from drivers and submit back to customer within 3 days

He/She is to ensure close monitoring of the delivery of container/cargo is on time daily, he/she has to work closely with the traffic controller.

Working Hour

0800hrs – 1730hrs (Mon – Fri) 1200hrs – 1300hrs (Lunch) work from office

Qualifications

Minimum “N” level or its equivalent

Year Of Experience

At least 2 year of relevant experience ONLY for singaporean and PR.

Salary SGD 2500+ One month bonus offer is only for suitable candidate.
