We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee our project, ensure compliance and track progress.
About the role
The Project Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the project management team by ensuring that project activities are effectively organized, monitored, and executed. This role involves scheduling, tracking project progress, liaising with stakeholders, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This full-time position is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region.
What you'll be doing
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure that all parties are updated on project progress and any changes to scope or timelines.
Monitor project progress and flag any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
Assist in risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for management review.
Support resource allocation and track project expenditures.
Assist with procurement and contracting processes as needed.
Ensure that all project activities comply with Marunda’s quality standards and policies.
Participate in project reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles, preferably in [industry or sector relevant to Marunda].
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
