Management Associate (Business Development)
Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
Support the sales team in handling day to day escalations from intermediaries and clients in a timely manner
May accompany the sales team on customer calls to gather market insight and support sales effort.
Maintains sales programs by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.
Deliver high quality customer service to internal customers, clients, intermediaries and prospects by doing the appropriate and required investigation, answering queries, and resolving service issues
Provide pre-sale support in generating quotes and proposals
Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
Take ownership of quotations by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are met
Identify areas of process improvements and work with respective functions in executing changes
Prioritizes own work and meets agreed timelines.
Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment:
Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals.
Liaise with internal departments, e.g. underwriting, claims teams, marketing, in line with established procedures to ensure optimum service to client.

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related field
Sales support or direct sales experience in a similar industry will be advantageous
