Job Responsibilities
BROAD FUNCTION
- To support grant management functions (i.e., grant application, submission, tracking, filling)
- To support the Compensation & Benefits Team in administration of HRIS and the remuneration and payroll processes
- Provide necessary support in annual manpower budgeting exercise
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant Management
- Assist with Project Funding submissions/reporting/audits
- Support in grant submission and management to ensure timely submission
- Monitor and tracking the funding and ensure the compliance to funder’s term and conditions
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Provide necessary support in managing the annual manpower budgeting exercise
- Provide support in the C&B Team in their remuneration and payroll processes
- Participate in surveys and benchmarking exercise to ensure C&B practices are aligned with market practices and Management’s direction
- Other ad hoc project related work assignments as and when required
Job Requirements
- Good Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in grant management or C&B function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio & Project Management
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
- Ability to work well with others under tight deadlines and respond to changes in priorities
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- An independent and fast worker
- Meticulous with a strong attention to details
- Very well versed with Employment Act and local statutory contribution
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels
