Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the organization’s goals and enhances employee engagement and retention
  • Executive Compensation: Manage the executive compensation programs including base salary, short term incentive and equity plans for senior leaders
  • Compensation Management: Oversee salary structures, pay practices, and incentive programs including performance bonus and equity plans to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness while driving a high performance culture
  • Benefits Management: Lead the definition and implementation of a global benefits strategy. Manage the design of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives, as well as global vendors to optimize employee value proposition (EVP) at the best possible cost
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market assessments and benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits offerings
  • Compliance: Ensure all total rewards programs comply with global guidelines and legal regulations
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs and inform decision-making
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Partners, Finance, and leadership to align total rewards strategy with business objectives and drive organizational success
  • Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards offerings and promote awareness and engagement

Qualifications
  • 8+ years in total rewards management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in global TR programs, including attraction and retention strategies, pay and performance cycles, executive compensation, equity, compliance, and data utilization
  • Experience in organizational design is ideal but not mandatory
  • Team Management: Experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
  • Understanding of multi-country tax, compensation, and regulatory environments
  • Ability to navigate dynamics between centralized TR functions and regional/local hubs
  • Strong understanding of global TR principles, practices, and trends, including equity
  • Agility: Operate with speed and agility, using a lean, iterative approach. Deliver results quickly while overcoming resource and organizational constraints.
