We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our team in the successful execution of construction and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project management, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Support

  • Assist in developing project schedules and tracking timelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, designers, and contractors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and support issue resolution.

2. Design and Material Coordination

  • Collaborate with interior designers to transform concepts into actionable plans.
  • Review design layouts, materials, and finishes to align with project requirements.
  • Conduct research and source appropriate materials, furnishings, and fixtures.
  • Responsible for logistic to coordinate transportation, materials, and equipment

3. Financial and Resource Oversight

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial compliance.
  • Track project expenses and report any discrepancies or cost overruns.

4. Documentation and Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and approvals.
  • Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, safety standards, and codes.

5. Communication and Team Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the project team to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry.
  • Interior design background knowledge is required.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address site-related challenges effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
