Receptionist/ Operation Support Executive (Part-time)
Roles and responsibilities:
• 6 days work week; 4 hours per day
• Able to work on weekends
• Handle all incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the reception area, holding area, and meeting rooms are tidy and well-maintained.
• Attend to clients queries
• Assist in event coordination
• Coordinating appointments and Scheduling
• Support tasks in operational and business development
• Assist in Social Media marketing contents
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Psychology degree or related (ie., counselling/social work) background preferred
• Fast learner, Adaptable in changing environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, responsible and a good team player
• Conscientious and organised
